Admin's Questions for do2 Empty

1. I currently have two memberships on RC, one as Admin and the other as Spirit Rebel. They have different e-mail addys and passwords, and the only way I switch from one to the other is to log out and back in. Can't I just make SR an Admin and get rid of the Admin user name? Or is this something that's an integral part of the forumotion paradigm?

2. I notice that each forum can be set separately to determine who can do what: read messages, post on threads, and create threads. And the categories are moderators, members, and all. That's easy to understand. But what I'd like to know is if some members can be given special permission to post in threads that are closed to posting by members who don't have such permission. I found this feature very important on Yuku, and would love to be able to do the same here.

3. My natural tendency these days is to have only four or five categories on a group and three or less forums in each category. This is because most of the groups I've run or posted on over the last five years or so have been relatively inactive, and the easier it is for members to find the new postings, the better. However, I noticed that the new CvsNC has dozens of forums strung all the way down the front page. Do you know why they set the group up this way: just silliness or stupidity on their part, or is there a reason here on forumotion that I don't know about?
